 We use Plan swift and Bluebeam for take-off's. 

For a single-trade residential project, the cost typically starts around $100. However, for projects that involve multiple trades, from groundwork to finishes, the cost is estimated at approximately $500. For multi-story commercial buildings, the estimated cost can be reached at $5,000 

 The size, complexity and scope of the project determine our turnaround time, which can be anywhere between 3 and 12 working days. We avoid taking on rush jobs because they affect the quality of our work.

 Send us the project plans/ drawings with your scope of work. After reviewing the drawings and scope of work, we will send you a free service proposal including the exact service cost and turnaround time 

 Material takeoff includes all the material and quantities listed division by division from the drawings and referenced to the line items. We also provide takeoff by floor on demand.

No, we don’t charge for reviewing plans before placing an order. We offer this service as a courtesy to our customers and to ensure that we can meet their expectations and specifications.
